About the Barbadian Bench

This bench was inspired by a bench shown in Michael Connors’ book, "Caribbean Elegance".  The antique bench was upholstered and had more ornate curves in the legs, but I realised I could take some design ideas from my chair and make a set of the two.  Seat is hand-woven of Danish Cord.
